How to find Perfect bra size?

Perfect female breasts or not and regardless of your size - your breasts require support.
Your bra does that for you but only a brassiere that is fit properly will give you the support you need to take the tension off your breasts.
Unfortunately many women seem to use poor-fitting bras that can pinch some of the nerves in your shoulders and actually reduce circulation to your spine. In addition, bras like this can inch up on your back, causing you some pain.
Wearing bras that don't fit will more than likely cause you considerable pain and discomfort in many different areas, including: your upper back, neck, shoulders, arms, give you severe headaches, breast pain, breathing problems and skin abrasions or infections under the breast.
Here are four ways you can identify if you have a properly fitted bra for perfect female breasts:

  1. Breast tissue is pushes out over the top of the cups. With a proper fitting bra, perfect female breasts or not, all of your breast tissue would be and should be in the cup. If it isn't you need to try a bra with larger cups.
  2. If your bra band travels up on your back you need to try a bra with a smaller band. There's an easy way to find out whether or not your band size is the proper size: just place two fingers under your bra in the back, they should fit, but if you can fit more than two fingers, it's too big.
  3. If the center of your bra, or the underwire, in front does not lie flat against your breast bone, you may need a bra with a bigger cup. If a bra is the proper fit, the center will always lie against your skin with the entire breast contained in the cup.
  4. If your cups have a wrinkled look, you many need a bra with a smaller cup size.

Now you can easily determine your correct bra size by following these steps:

  1. Use a tape measure and snugly wrap it around your breasts and underneath your arms to measure the circumference of this area in inches. If the size ends up being an odd number, add one more inch so it's an even number.
  2. Make sure you have the right band size by measuring the circumference just underneath your breasts. For this step, add 5 inches. This should give you a measurement that's about equal with step 1.
  3. The next step is to determine your exact cup size. To do this you need to measure loosely around the fullest part of your breasts, then minus your band size from this number. The difference is will be your cup size: 0 = AA; 1 = A; 2 = B; 3 = C; 4 = D; 5 = DD.

If you do decide to change the size, shape and feel of your breasts and get perfect female breasts through the method mentioned near the top of this page, you will need to keep in mind that your bra size will change a number of times.
