Before Date Know About Dating

-Just because they may be a little to busy to chat at the moment doesn’t mean you need to block them then forget about them. Patience in a virtue, and best things comes to those that wait. For all you know the person you blocked because they were busy at the time may have been your soul mate.
-The first email should be short and sweet, to the point. Add things in it that you two may have in common and never give out details that are for a more serious relationship. Make it funny even.
-As I said above, leave out personal information once the relationship starts to sprout into something awesome. Once you feel comfortable with the person and they reveal some personal information about themselves, should you.
-When contacting people, try to contact a few at a time, but only with those that you actually have something in common with.
-Be honest. It is easy to lie online, but you need to remember you are on a website like this because you are dying for a relationship that would just last and be perfect. People will find out if you are lying eventually. And when they do, it may not be pretty.
-If you are able, reply fast to messages. If you can’t, then you can’t, but add why you weren’t able to right away, and don’t lie.
-You should really avoid talking about money or possessions, even when you feel the two of you are close. Not until things get serious should you mention that. You NEVER want someone to ‘fall in love’ with you because of your money. That is just horrible.
-When writing emails, never pressure who you are talking to. Whether it is about a meeting or information, or even just to reply faster, NEVER pressure them!
Your Privacy
So, you finally got reply messages and emails. Now it is time to consider your privacy and make sure that is is protected. Some fakes out there may try to get your information for their evil agendas, these hints will helps ensure your protection until you know for sure they aren’t evil in anyway:
-Does the website mention or say that all information you provide during registration is kept completely confidential? If not, don’t use it.
-They should mention that your registration information will be kept secret to all users and members and that by no means be viewable by any third party. If not, you shouldn’t use it.
-By all means, no staff member or any member on the site should ever ask you for your password. If it is a real admin or worker at the site, your password will be in their database forever.
-If they use your email or contact information for marketing purposes, you should block the website and phone number.
-Don’t worry, if someone matches you in the searches, all they can see if what you provide on your personal profile, nothing more than that.
-For the above reason, don’t add your phone number or email address on your profile. You can always give those to someone that you meet online and want to get close with, you don’t want EVERYONE getting all that information.
-More often than not, dating websites can’t access your emails or do they have any control over any information you give out. It is completely up to the users what they are willing to risk or provide. Saying this, if you find someone that gives very little information, even after talking, you have every right to be cautious.
