Selena Gomez's Mystery Illness!

Everyone, including doctors, is still at a loss as to why Selena Gomez was hospitalized Thursday evening. After taping an appearance on "The Tonight Show," Selena complained of nausea and a severe headache and was rushed to the hospital!

Doctors haven't been able to find out what was wrong with her! Selena went through a series of tests for blood pressure concerns but so far, everything has come back normal. We'll keep you guys updated!

We just hope Selena feels better soon and gets lots of rest! xoxo, Selena! (tmz)
