 I love candles, don’t get me wrong, but there aren’t enough hours in a year to burn my extensive collection. I have a feeling my friends are in the same position, having received one too many little boxes from Diptyque or Jo Malone from house guests. Looking for a new idea for a hostess gift, I came across Connor’s Le Petits Notecards on a market appointment at Connor in the Plaza Hotel. Every card they sell is hand-stamped in France, so each one has a unique detail that makes it special. You can order personal stationery, holiday cards, thank-you notes; the list goes on. Les Petits Notecards is a set of three hand-stamped cards with matching envelopes, enlivened by Connor’s quirky motifs (skulls and handcuffs, for example). What a sweet alternative for a hostess gift.
