Step 1
Stand with your feet together and your arms extended above your head.
Step 2
Bend your knees deeply, swinging your arms down toward your legs to initiate the power for your back tuck.
Step 3
Swing your arms back up as you explode off the ground, lifting your arms up toward the ceiling.
Step 4
Keep your body straight until you reach the height of your jump.
Step 5
Pull your knees in toward your chest to initiate your rotation. Keep your neck straight--do not arch it back at all.
Step 6
Keep your eyes open as you rotate, watching for the ground. When you see the ground, open up your body for your landing.
Step 7
Land on both feet with your knees slightly bent to absorb the shock of your landing.
