The 33-year-old ex of Charlie Sheen just checked herself into an undisclosed treatment center after reportedly having another relapse.
Although Brooke didn't know Miss Winehouse personally, the news of her death "rocked her to her core," and made her realize she doesn't want to be next, according to a RadarOnline source.
Also weighing on her mind was the thought of possibly leaving her two children, Bob and Max, behind, as the insider explained, Mueller "doesn't want them to be raised without a mother. Brooke is wracked with guilt that her addiction is ruling her life and taking away from the boys."
