The second episode of Starz’ Torchwood: Miracle Day fell off from its premiere. Torchwood delivered 1.4 million this weekend, down about 30 percent from last week’s debut. Meanwhile, the first episode of Miracle Day has reached a solid 2.7 million across all viewings for the show, including DVR data. Let’s hope the premiere weekend numbers
