Wife Cutting Off Husband's Penis

A California woman was arrested in Garden Grove, CA Monday night for tying her husband to their bed and cutting off his penis. The woman called the paramedics to report a medical emergency. Upon arrival of authorities, they found a man tied up and bleeding from his groin area.
Reports say that the women allegedly drugged her husband during dinner to put him to sleep and tie him up. After cutting off his penis, she threw it in the garbage disposal and turned it on. Police say that the couple was going through a divorce.
The man is currently in stable condition at the UCI Medical Center.
