Red Capsicum Pesto Pizza


Ingredients

  • 4x 25 cm pizza base
  • 6 tbsps prepared pesto
  • 1 1/2 cups roasted red capsicum strips
  • 1/2 cup chopped canned tomatoes
  • 1 cup crumbled gorgonzola cheese

Method

  • Preheat oven to 200oC
  • Line 2 baking trays with baking paper. Place bases on trays.
  • Spread each pizza base with pesto, and then top each with pepper strips, tomatoes and gorgonzola cheese.
  • Bake for about 10 minutes or until the cheese melts and the bottoms are nicely browned.
