There's no need to wait for April Fool's day to play pranks on friends as the opportunity to be silly and stupid especially at someone else's expense, is a good recipe that always brings a little laughter or at least raises a smile or two! The only problems that can arise from playing pranks on friends, loved ones or co-workers is not knowing precisely what signifies  pranks or jokes as funny, and those that could be deemed as downright nasty or dangerous.

So long as nobody gets hurt or is so severely traumatized by a prank there's no harm. A word of advice if you are thinking of playing pranks on friends, once you've set the wheels in motion there is no turning back. Be prepared for plenty of retaliation from those people that you decide to play tricks on.

Before playing any pranks on friends stop, think and ensure that your prank won't put any staring on your relationship or see you get fired from your job, as then the joke has well and truly backfired. If you've done a check, and you're certain that no-one's going to be too peeved at you; then it's all good to go. Let the pranks, jokes and games begin!

Let's face it, everyone loves hearing stories about playing pranks on friends. Recounting or telling the funny stories later on, is often the very best part of playing pranks on unsuspecting friends and family. The pranks that follow are great for mom's that want to give their kids or partner a little taste of their own prankster medicine. And best of all, they are all completely harmless, but good enough for a laugh. You may also like to adapt them for the office if you dare!

Alarm Clocks:  Payback for pranks is sweet indeed. Set several alarm clocks about five minutes apart to go off really early on the weekend, but hide them so that your kids cannot turn off the shocking noise! They won't be too happy! Likewise for the boss that perpetually makes you stay late at the offices- perhaps not! He / she may not find it too funny!

Sink : This one's totally harmless but hilariously funny as well as simple to pull off. When no-one is looking, slip a rubber band around the spray nozzle on the kitchen sink. When an unsuspecting person turns on the tap for a glass of water; presto! One very wet person! This also works a treat at the office, although victims may not find it too amusing!
Play Dough Surprise: Make some tasty doughnuts out of play dough and then watch as they spit the not so sweet treat out really quickly! Also works at the office!
A Makeover Surprise: This prank is especially great for that special daughter that always hogs the bathroom in the morning. This only works with shampoo bottles that are not clear. After emptying her shampoo bottle refill it with hair dye; preferably a semi wash-out one unless you are really brave enough for the consequences of a permanent hair color. She'll holler and scream; that's for sure! Another funny bathroom prank is putting talc in some one's hair- dryer! Or you may like to also soak her toothbrush with a sour-warhead for a delightful morning treat!
You could always slip a xxx movie in to the DVD player at the next important presentation at work or at your mom's movie review club!  That may cause a few laughs- or not!
