How to use a proxy.

Many people doesn't know how to use proxy and if you are one of these people just read down and you will understand.
P.S. This proxy is for example.
"Use goproxing.com......." Yeah.
1) Search the name of the proxy at google.
2) Then click at the first result.
3)If you see one white or other colour bar with "http://",remove the http://, and paste the link of the club/contest/medoll e.t.c.
