Justin Bieber is hot no matter what he wears, but we have to wonder about Justin's most recent outfit at the BET Awards. The Biebs wore a pair of light
jeans with a black tee and over that a denim vest, with a colorful handkerchief tucked in the pocket. It's a not a bad outfit, it's just a bit all over the place and we're not so crazy about the vest. So what do you guys think, is this look hot on Justin...or not?
