Fashion Celebrity Picture: More Stalker Drama For Paris!

Did you have an eventful day yesterday? However eventful it may have been, it probably didn't beat Paris Hilton's! Yesterday, a known stalker of hers called James Rainford (who was previously attested for fighting with the security staff outside her home in October 2010 and sentenced 227 days in jail for punching her ex boyfriend Cy Waits outside a courthouse in April 2011) approached her, which lead to a major police drama. James was released only having served 24 days of his sentence, and was therefor free to come cause Paris even more trouble.

The man was laying down on the beach in front of her Malibu home, trying to peak inside, when someone recognized him and notified the police. The police arrived quickly at the scene and detained him on suspicion of breaching his restraining order which bans him from going within 200 yards of Paris.

Paris who was home the whole time, watched the drama unfold from her balcony while unsettlingly talking on the phone with someone. James is currently being held at a $20,000 bail and if there's any justice in this world, he'll hopefully serve his FULL sentence next time around!
