Food source of Ribofalvin

Food sources
Riboflavin is widely distributed in animal and vegetable foods but only in small amounts in most of them. Organ meats, milk, and green leaf vegetables are the outstanding food sources.Which shows the riboflavin content of average servings of some common foods and the contribution they make toward the day's requirement.
The average person is not likely to get an optimum amount of riboflavin unless he consumes a generous amount of milk. The addition of riboflavin in the enrichment of flour and bread has helped to raise the average intake.
